3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kikriya 11 operates a Know Your Customer programme to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this programme, you may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method: screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits
• Source of funds declaration for high-value accounts

kikriya 11 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including withdrawals — until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Conditions

You will be notified by email before any maintenance charges are applied. Maintenance charges will not reduce your balance below zero.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the kikriya 11 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Acceptance of a bet is at kikriya 11's sole discretion. kikriya 11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason, particularly where there is evidence of technical error, market manipulation, or breach of these Terms.

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures). Casino and crash game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are final once the game round has concluded. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised with kikriya 11 support within 72 hours of the settlement date.

5.3 Obvious Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the price, line, or spread offered for any market — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions — kikriya 11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the accounts involved. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

5.4 Responsible Gambling Limits

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

6.3 Seasonal Promotions

kikriya 11 may run seasonal or event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer and are available only while the promotion is active.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kikriya 11. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or contact information during registration or KYC
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the kikriya 11 platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the kikriya 11 platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kikriya 11 support staff or other players
• Accessing kikriya 11 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful using VPNs or other geo-circumvention tools

kikriya 11 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review period, withdrawals may be suspended until the investigation is complete.

kikriya 11 may suspend or close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, a suspected violation of applicable law, or where required for the protection of the player or the platform. In most cases kikriya 11 will provide notice of suspension, however in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, immediate action without notice may be taken.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kikriya 11 account at any time by contacting kikriya 11 support via Live Chat. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and KYC compliance. Accounts closed at a player's own request can be reopened by contacting support, subject to a standard cooling-off review period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

8.4 Limitation of Liability
